PART 1: FABRIC

1.1 RECYCLED MATERIAL-

RECYCLED LINEN

48% Cotton, 38% Tencel,

14% Recycled Linen

REFIBRA™ technology involves upcycling cotton scrap from pre& post-consumer cotton textile waste. These cotton scraps are transformed into recycled pulp, and 30% is added to the wood pulp. Out of these combined raw materials new virgin TENCEL™ Lyocell fibers are produced.

RECYCLED TEXTILE WITH WOOD PULP

OnceMore® from Södras is an efficient, industrial-scale process that uses renewable wood from sustainable forestry. The process combines post-consumer textile waste with renewable wood from Södras 51,000 members.

OnceMore® pulp and the product delivers a high alpha cellulose pulp for textile applications. It contains 20% recycled textiles and 80% renewable wood. The result is a high-quality dissolving pulp that is used by the textile industry to produce viscose and lyocell.

THE PULP

POST CONSUMER WASTE POLYESTER(Renu)

RENU™ enables recycling old garments and textiles into newly born recycled polyester and polyester material while the conventional recycling approach can only use selected PET bottle wastes to be put into its recycling process. It is a circular economy that effectively utilizes unwanted clothing that has been disposed of, as well as leftover fabric and shredded fabric (dough) produced during production.
