Jeans Made To Be Remade
CIRCULAR DENIM

It’s time to transform the way jeans are made. This collection is designed from inception to make products and materials that can be recycled at the end of its life to create a new product. We transform pathways for designing to develop products with a positive impact on people and planet and last in society as long as possible.

Cradle to Cradle Certified ™ is a voluntary certification issued by Cradle to Cradle Products Innovation Institute. It is a globally recognized measure of safer, more sustainable products made for the circular economy.

The Cradle to Cradle Certified Product Standard guides brands, mills, and manufacturers to design and make products aligned with the principles of a circular economy.

Material Reutilization

We are moving to a circular system, start with the initial step to re-think, re-design and build a positive future to our planet.

Recycle
Raw Materials
Fabric Production
Afterlife of a product is carefully considered during the product design stage.
materials are selected to be recyclable at the end of the installation.
Considering the details in eco ways. Advanced dyeing technology is used to reduce water consumption and eliminate the hazardous chemicals discharge into water waste.
Innovative laundry process is used to reduce water usage up to 90% and chemicals up to 70% when compared to conventional wash method.
Garment Washing
Incorporate sustainable thinking into production, using digital technology to minimize the physical waste.
When product reaches the end of life, it will be returned for recycling and transform into a new life.
Closed-Loop
The circular design aims to maximize the reusability of products and resources. The use of water, energy, and toxins has to be limited to an absolute minimum through the entire production process.
Garment Development

Minimise wastage and keep materials in use by recycled denim fabric and sustainable materials.
Strike for reducing water and energy consumption from production process.
Consider the fabric and garment can be remaded.
Reduce water consumption and carbon footprint emission throughout the product life cycle of jeans.
